Everyone looks forward for Friday night lights, especially when we can say that our team won. Until now, the East Hall High School football team has had a rocky start to their season this year. However, Friday, September 7th, was the day that the vikings were able to achieve their first victory. They played away against Chestatee High School, which resulted in a score of 56-41 with the Vikings in the lead.

East Hall football player, Kylan Curry, was able to carry the Vikings to their first win. His fast legs gave East Hall four touchdown runs, allowing them to take the lead multiple times. The War Eagles tried their best to persevere and get a lead in the game. This perseverance was shown during 3rd quarter when they lead by 8 points. However, Curry took a 78 yard run, allowing East Hall to end the night with their first win this season.

East Hall will be having a bye week, which means no game this week, but they will play again on September 21st against Greater Atlanta Christian.
